China Steel Machinery Corporation (CSMC) possesses capabilities in material management, cold forming, welding, machining, assembly, inspection, and testing for storage tanks and pressure vessels. CSMC is able to fabricate various types of storage tanks, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, pipework components, and related equipment assemblies to meet the needs of the iron and steel, petrochemical, and industrial process equipment sectors. Through its cold fabrication and welding capabilities, welding procedure management, and quality inspection systems, CSMC carries out manufacturing and on-site construction in accordance with client drawings, specifications, and inspection requirements, ensuring equipment safety, durability, and reliability. Representative achievements include on-site construction of gas-to-gas heat exchangers, a 100,000 m³ blast furnace gas holder renewal project, and a 60,000 m³ BOF gas holder project, demonstrating CSMC’s integrated capabilities in the manufacturing, installation, and quality management of large-scale process equipment.
