China Steel Machinery Corporate (CSMC) Casting Plant has accumulated many years of steel plant roller bearing seats, slag trays, sintering trolleys, crown wheels, coke oven doors & furnace door frames, protective plates, Torpedo car trunnion/ gates, cement mills and paper mills, grinding tables, pressure rings and rail vehicle connectors, etc., have been able to develop high-quality castings production capability. CSMC is also actively cooperating with the group to develop domestically produced castings to enhance the independent capability of domestic key components. The recent achievements in the development of domestically produced castings include: China Steel No. 1 blast furnace "Cooling stave hot surface refractory anchoring and accessories production (White cast iron bricks),” China Steel blast furnace cast iron cooling stave, China Steel blast furnace roof special alloy furnace throat protection plate(Armour Plate), China Steel hot blast furnace castings, and China SteelY5 ANN all-hydrogen annealing furnace steel coil middle convection plate, etc., to assist the customers to be no longer restricted by the foreign technology, cost and delivery time can also meet the needs of emergency replacement.
