    30t Sand Blender

    Introduction
    1. Sand Blender is mainly used for mixing the molding sand; it blends the sand, adhesive and additives into an even mixture so that adhesive effectively encloses the surface of sand particles. This is critical for the quality and the cost of the sand mold, and is a key piece of equipment for obtaining qualified sand; a machine for making sand molds and sand cores with certain properties.
    2. Capacity of equipment: respectively 10t and 30t of sand per hour. Maximum workpiece diameter 9.5m, maximum workpiece height 2m. Applicable to making sand cores, small castings, and large sand molds.

    Sand Recycling Equipment

    Introduction
    1. Foundry requires continuous improvements. Cost is no longer the only consideration; due to factors such as resource limitations, raw material price fluctuation, environment protection awareness and gradual advancements of environmental statutes, process wastes are getting more attention day after day, with concepts converting to their recovery and reutilization.
    2. Sand Recycling Facilities process the sand by way of oscillating separation, magnetic screening, vibrating, sieving, cooling, and regeneration; removing furan resin layer from the surface, optimal regeneration of the mixed sand can be achieved; the special design facilitates metal inclusions being separated, stored and maintained more easily.
    3. Maximum processing capacity: 20t/hr.
