About CSMC

The CSMC was officially established on November 20, 2001 after taking over the assets, including equipment and business, of the former Taiwan Machinery Manufacturing Corporation (TMMC). As a wholly owned CSC investee, we integrate TMMC’s professional technology and excellent equipment and CSC’s robust business administration knowhow and resources to provide customers with the best services and products.

The CMSC has demonstrated marvelous achievements over time and will maintain steady growth in the future. At the rapid business growth, we firmly believe that only constantly recruiting excellent talents can continuously strengthen the competitive strengths of the CSMC in the heavy machine industry.

  • Salary

    • With respect to the CSMC Salary Management Regulations,
    • the salary and benefits of permanent employees include the following:
    • 1

      Base salary: Determined according to the position, education, and experience of employees.

    • 2

      Increment: Include increments for supervisors and projects.

    • 3

      Allowance: Includes meal allowances, OT work allowance, and expatriation allowance.

  • Raise

    • There are two types of raise for permanent employees:
    • 1

      Raise by performance: Before the end of a year, the Company will evaluate the performance of employees according to the personnel management regulations and determine a raise according to the employee’s performance.

    • 2

      Annual raise: The Company will offer a raise with the approval of the board of directors according to the consumer price index and the Company’s earnings. Therefore, each permanent employee can have two raises in one year.

  • Bonus

    • With respect to the CSMC Salary Management Regulations,
    • the salary and benefits of permanent employees include the following:
    • 1

      Year-end bonus: The basic salary (base salary + meal allowance) of one month.

    • 2

      Profit bonus: If there is profit in the year, the profit bonus will be released according to the “Directions for Profit-Sharing Bonus Distribution.” The amount of bonus is subject to increase according to the EPS to encourage employees to enhance productivity and create profit.

    • 3

      Full attendance bonus: Employees without taking personal/sick leave in a year will receive a full attendance bonus amounting to the salary of 15 days.

    • 4

      No leave bonus: The bonus for not taking annual leave and other leave is subject to the Labor Standards Act.

    • 5

      Profit Sharing: The amount of profit sharing is determined based on the income after tax according to the articles of incorporation and board resolution.

Working hours

Each permanent employee is the ex-officio member of the CSMC Employee Welfare Committee and is entitled to various benefits within the group. In addition, members can apply for subsidization for weddings and funerals, sports events, and enterprise happiness card. Benefits include:

Working hours

All formal employees of CSMC are members of the CSMC Employees Welfare Committee under a comprehensive welfare system, which includes:

    Work Hours are identical to government units, i.e. 5 days a week, with Labor Day being a holiday. Annual working calendar is announced in December of the previous year.Leave system exceeds Labor Standards Act stipulations.

  • 02.

    Flexible work hours are offered to cater to worker needs for caring for the family; by maintaining the same work hours a day, three shifts are subject to application (e.g. 07:30, 08:00 or 08:30). For contingencies, flexible swap can be applied to substitute a current day shift with some other shifts; maximum 5 substitutes a month.
