Project scope

1. Main equipment manufacturing and assembly engineering

●Underground synchronous train jacking machine: lifting the rail shuttle vehicle on the car body supported on the wheels or via the telescopic car body support frame to carry out the lifting work of the light rail train.
●Underground automatic wheel lathe: used as a turning cutting operation for light rail trains or bogie wheels.
●Automatic car washing machine: automatically clean the external dust and dirt of the train, and clean the appearance of the light rail train.
●Pull wire car and high-altitude maintenance operating vehicle: perform overhead wire maintenance, restoration and inspection operations.
●DC power supply equipment: the direct current of the traction power sub-station is used to supply the working power required by the light rail train in the overhaul area and the workshop area.
●Mobile synchronous car lifter: it is supported on wheels or by a retractable car body support frame and performs the lifting work of light rail trains.
●Mobile boarding platform: used for maintenance and disassembly of the roof equipment of parked light rail trains.
●Rail dual-purpose rescue re-railing tool vehicle: This equipment is designed to load a re-railing box device with a complete set of re-railing equipment at the rear of the vehicle. When the light rail train derails, it can be re-railed and repaired urgently; or when the train fails in the non-overhead line power supply section, it can be connected to light rail trains to perform rescue operations.

2. Auxiliary equipment and installation engineering

Sand storage and sand adding equipment, 5 ton overhead crane (Earth track plant), Light rail dual-purpose shunting machine, maintenance area DC power supply equipment, welding fume prevention and pollution equipment, train battery charger, wheel wear detection equipment, 3tons electric stacker, 2 tons electric stacker, 4 tons diesel stacker, mobile boarding platform, electric pallet truck, parts and components: cleaning equipment, lathes, bag filter grinders, drill presses, rail dual-use rescue / re-railing tool carts, re-railing equipment.
