【Product description】
This is the Dragonsteel converter workshop ladle furnace (L/F) EPCC modification project. It aims to transform a double-station ladle furnace into two ladle furnaces that can supply power for production independently. The project includes adding the furnace cover system, alloy feeding system, electrode bar heating system, top argon/nitrogen blowing mixing system, hydraulic and lubrication system, temperature measurement sampling system, and ladle furnace trolley, updating peripherals, and performing modification. This project will achieve enhancing steelmaking productivity and quality.
【Project Scope】
CSMC will elaborate its capability for turnkey and integration and cover the planning, design, supply, removal, installation, commissioning and supervision of civic engineering foundation, steel structure, building, machinery, pipeline, valve, electric device, and meter, for the entire project.el.
【Product functions】
Primary molten steel from the converter has been refined further. Product specifications have been enhanced to meet the requirement for high-quality steel.
