This project involves the fabrication and installation of six sets of circulating water pumps, motors, motorized butterfly valves, rubber expansion joints, and stainless steel circulating water pipelines for Units 1 and 2 (new). Upon completion, the system will supply seawater circulation capacity of 57 CMS (cubic meters per second) to support 2,000 MW combined-cycle generator units for cooling purposes.

The circulating water pumps are driven by motors through flexible couplings and are designed for continuous 24-hour operation. The system draws in seawater to cool the generator's boiler steam, rapidly condensing the steam back into water, which is then recirculated into the boiler for reheating and steam regeneration.
