Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act to implement from January 11, 2009

The “Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act” will take effect on January 11, 2009. Accordingly, no smoking will be allowed “in any indoor workplaces shared by three or more employees.” Therefore, all indoor smoking areas should be removed. All units should cooperate with this policy. Employees should smoke in the open space outside of the premises.
