Resolutions of the 4th meeting of the 4th board of directors

Two resolutions were made at the 4th meeting of the 4th board of directors:
1. Implement the “Employee Savings Trust Regulations” from March 2011.
2. Adjust the organizational structure to change the former “Office of Industrial Safety and Health” into the “Industrial Safety and Health Division,” with an “Industrial Safety and Health Section.”
