CSMC has contracted Sing Da Marine Structure Company (SDMSC) to build the plant in the form of engineering turnkey. 4 Units of 150 Ton Overhead Type Crane, 6 Units of 250 ton Gate Type crane, and 2 Units of 50 ton Gate Type crane.

Product specifications

This design is a rare large-scale Gate Type crane in Taiwan. The main truss beam is 40meters, and the head is 37 meters, 250 tons dual main crane (125 tons +125 tons) design;
The electronic control system can coordinate with the manufacturing process to control the dual main cranes at the same time or separate single-operation control, providing a more complete hoisting function for the production of wind power related products in the future.

Product functions

The crane made by CSMC and the underwater foundation components are perfectly integrated in the SDMSC factory. The machinery and equipment are running smoothly, and production is stable. The first 100% domestic production offshore wind power pipe-frame underwater foundation has been completed in July, 2021. Enter the continuous production, verifying the customized crane system supplied by CSMC through the turnkey engineering method. The customized crane has excellent quality and functions to meet customer needs.
