Manufacturing and installation of the oven frame according to the client’s process. Manufacturing includes casting, grinding, reaming, and machining; and installation includes removal of scrapped items and installation of new items.

Product specifications

The CSMC manufactured the coke oven door frame (including the annealing oven door frame) and accessories; coke handler door frame (including the annealing oven door frame) and accessories.
The CSMC also needed to replace the coke feeder door frame and coke handler door frame, including the removal and disposal of scrapped items and replacement of the ceramic sealing around the door frame.

Product functions

Enhance equipment functions; provide emergency repair of fuming, damaged over doors; and ensure the integrity of repaired/replaced parts, the agility of the frame bolts and springs, the flatness and adjustability of edges. In addition, it is to check the integrity of the oven door lining bricks, because seriously damaged bricks will cause door deformation as a result of overheating at part of the oven door, thus damaging the air-tightness of the oven door.
