CSMC encountered labor shortage and AI trend with persistence 🚩
and introduced new technologies
The core capability of welding and mechanical arm have been integrated.
CSMC gave life to mechanical arm with its domain knowledge.
An auto mechanical arm training center was therefore founded.
We fumbled with test platform and jig development,
then integrated power rotary table with preheat control.

CSMC built the first mechanical arm auto welding workstation successfully after working on it for over a year and put it into production in January 2022.

Productivity has been increased effectively and quality becomes more stable.
A milestone for smart manufacturing has been set.
A robust foundation has been established for scale-up mass production.

We must thank Mr. Lin Chun Liang from cold welding workshop, who kept trying to improve the workstation.
He achieved mechanical arm auto-welding for entire circumference of bolt base 👍
We humans are great because we have dreams.
What is more valuable is that we are determined to reach our dream.
The manufacturing plant of CSMC will be more recognized.
