According to the resolution of the 10th meeting of the 7th term of board of directors, personnel changes of CSMC are as follows: Effective from June 1st 2021, Mr. Chang Chia-Chi, the original GM of CSMC, is promoted Chairman of CSMC; Mr. Yin SHou-Kang succeeds the remaining GM office.
