Mr. Tsun-Hsiung Hsiao becomes CSMC production VP on January 7, 2016

VP Jung-Ming Lin of the Production Department returned to the CSC, and Mr. Tsun-Hsiung Hsiao took up the vacancy on January 7, 2016.
