In order to correspond with recent the retirement trend and ensure effective inheritance of vantage techniques, CSMC has successfully introduced a new KM System. Since 2020, top management of CSMC gave its full support for the KM promotion team to search for truth and pragmatism through enthusiasm, active forwardness, and full participation of the staff; as a result, in-house programming of the KM System has been developed to integrate with existing ERP of the company. Through linking with core technologies inventoried from nine major colleges for internal experience exchange, talent incubation and inheritance were actively promoted in CSMC. After introducing KM transformation, six exemplary documents were selected and publicized internally inside CSMC on March 31st, with KM seeds budding simultaneously in the minds of all.
