Congratulations to Engineer Chung-Chih Huang for winning the “Individual Participation Award” in the first half of 2020 for proposing the “design and manufacture of clamps for telescope lenses.” The chairperson presented a certificate and the president presented a cash prize to him to recognize his contribution.
