With the expectation from the senior employees who were about to retire 🙂
We looked up the expertise of all the employees who will retire in three years
and selected 41 pairs of master and apprentice.
The HR Department organized a simple yet grand inheritance ceremony.
Supervisors encouraged the apprentice, the masters and apprentice entered the ceremony, and apprentice were awarded the certificate and bowed to their masters.
The unit supervisors witnessed how the apprentice promised to pass down the expertise,
so that the technology and spirit of CSMC can be passed down.
The notebook awarded by the master has the name of the master himself and apprentice on it.
It will record the questions raised by the apprentice and the answer provided by the master 🚩
It is expected that knowledge and technology can be passed down in texts
and benefit the successors❢
