CSMC transfers top-tier officers for organizational change

In response to the organizational change, the CSMC has transferred top-tier officers as follows:
1. Transferred former Manager Cheng-Hsin Huang of the Manufacturing Mill to director of the project construction department.
2. Transferred former Director Kuang Chen of the Works Department to manager of the manufacturing mill.
3. Promoted former Deputy Director Kun-Mao Huang of the Works Department to director of the Works Department.
4. Transferred former Assistant Plant Manager Ping-Ting Chiu of the Manufacturing Department to Deputy Director of the Works Department.
5. Promoted former Chief Yu-Cheng Wang of the Cold-Welding Shop to assistant plant manager of the manufacturing mill.
