CSC assigns Hsin-Fa Li as administration VP

The CSC assigned Hsin-Fa Li as the VP of CSMC’s Administration Department on August 23, 2017. VP Wu-Hsiung Lu was relieved from the concurrent VP post of the Administration Department.
