2012 AGM

The 2012 AGM ratified the CSMC’s business report and financial statement of 2011. In 2011, the revenue, income before tax, and profit after tax amounted to NT$7.61 billion, NT$680 million, and NT$547 million respective. All are the highest in CSMC history.
