Resolution of the 10th meeting of the 4th board of directors

Four resolutions were made at the 10th meeting of the 4th board of directors:
1. Establish an offshore investment company in Samoa.
2. Raise funds to establish a trading company in Shanghai, mainland China, through the Samoan offshore investee.
3. Directly invest in an engineering company in Vietnam.
4. Co-invest in an engineering company in Indonesia with the offshore investee.
